We help you connect with your core self-- what you think it means to be a mom, a wife, a sister, a friend. We help you learn how to nurture yourself so that you’re ready to bridge the gap between who you think you are, and who you really are.

Online and In-Person Therapy

We’re currently offering telehealth services (for CA, AZ, CO, UT), via a secure video platform. It’s different, but just as effective as in-person sessions. We also offer in-person therapy in our office in Whittier, CA.

Services

Therapy for Maternal Mental Health

Motherhood is a unique and challenging transition, and sometimes you need specialized support to cope with the changes you experience physically and emotionally. We have the passion and specialized training to help moms going through pregnancy and postpartum depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

Therapy for Trauma

You may have experienced an event that was so overwhelming, you haven’t felt like yourself in a long time. Healing from trauma is possible, but it takes time, compassion, and patience. We offer focused treatment, such as Somatic Experiencing, that has you moving through the pain and helping you feel like yourself again. 

Parent Education and Support

Parenthood can be a love hate relationship with your child and yourself. You may have heard that parenting does not come with a manual, however there is so much we know now about how we can connect and nurture children while upholding your own values. Support and guidance are things all parents need at some point and we are here to offer that through parent education groups and classes.
